Episode 5: 5/1/24 - Hungry Dogs Run Faster

We start with the NFL Draft. A monumental annual spectacle, where this year we saw SO MANY Quarterbacks get drafted in the first round. Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Michael Penix Jr., and so many others. We break down our favorite picks, our favorite teams to look forward to in the coming NFL Season, and different strategies we saw develop.

If you can hang around after draft talk, we're going to discuss the NHL and NBA Playoff series. The ones that are going on still, the ones closed out, and the many storylines we're seeing form. Did we witness Steven Stamkos's last game? What's up with the BS Challenge system in the NHL, The Capitals get swept in DC by the NY Rangers, Lebron is out and headed home, Anthony Edwards dominates round 1. There's just no shortage here.

We close out, as we always do, with our "favorites" list. This week, as a salute to Griswold, we list off our favorite NHL defensemen.
